Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. This policy is designed to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to all our customers. Please review the details below carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Processing times may extend during holiday seasons or periods of high demand. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Method: We primarily use USPS Ground for all shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days. During unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays, the shipping time may be extended. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, natural disasters, or strikes affecting shipping carriers.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders over $200. This applies only to standard shipping methods. Expedited or priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship internationally or to US territories. Shipments are strictly limited to addresses within the contiguous United States. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or third-party logistics providers for forwarding services.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: We offer optional shipping insurance for an additional fee to cover any lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Customers are responsible for opting into insurance. If insurance is not selected, Peptide Pros is not liable for any package losses or damages incurred during transit, including packages marked as delivered but not received. Delayed shipments due to carrier errors are also not our responsibility.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Peptide Pros is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
